Special rate for non-quilting companions – deduct $150.00. Upgrades to Ocean View room are available upon request. Optional Honolulu Quilt Shop Hop tour – $95.00 per person (minimum 10 participants needed for tour to run).

Payments

A deposit of $250.00 per person is needed to guarantee your reservation. ($100 per person is non-refundable). Final payment will be due no later than April 1, 2013. Payments may be made by check (payable to AAA Travel), or by major credit card.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy is as follows:
Before April 1, 2013 $100 per person non-refundable
April 1, 2013 to October 14, 2013 package becomes 100% non-refundable
