DISCOVER THE “NEW” HILTON WAIKIKI PRINCE
KUHIO Located in the heart of Waikiki, this hotel puts you just steps
from the beach, shopping and an endless choice of restaurants. Hilton has
just completed a $65-million-dollar renovation of the property’s 601
rooms, MAC 24/7 restaurant, meeting spaces and all public areas.
Guestrooms are decorated with island vibrant colors and include the Hilton
Serta Suite Dreams Mattress, Pacific Coast Down Duvet and Touch of Down Pillows
that provide a relaxing environment at the end of the day. Pamper yourself
in the luxuriously appointed bathroom accented with marble and natural stone.
Technologically advanced amenities include a 42” Plasma HDTV, high-speed
Internet access and voicemail. You can also enjoy individually controlled
air-conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron with board, and hair dryer.
RETREAT/VACATION PACKAGE
Your vacation package price is a specially negotiated rate
for our Hawaii Quilting Retreat. It includes a fresh flower lei greeting in Waikiki,
roundtrip airport transfers, five (5) nights hotel accommodations at the Hilton
Waikiki Prince Kuhio, daily continental breakfast, all applicable taxes as
well as all quilting classes and special retreat events planned with the instructors!

VACATION EXTENSIONS
You can plan to arrive before the retreat, or remain at the Hilton Waikiki
Prince Kuhio after the retreat for just $155 per person per night double
occupancy for city view or $185.50 per person per night for ocean view.
Visits to the outer islands either before or after the retreat can also
be arranged
PAYMENTS
The deposit is $150 per person and is non-refundable. Final
payment will be due no later than February 1, 2009. Payments may be made
by check (payable to AAA Washington Travel), or by major credit card.
TRAVEL TO HONOLULU/WAIKIKI
Airfare is additional and prices can be quoted at the time of reservation.
You can also make your own arrangements for air transportation and notify
us of your air schedule as soon as it is confirmed.
CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy is as follows:
Once deposit is made: ~ $150 non-refundable
After final payment 2/1/09 : ~ Total land package is non-refundable
Airline cancellation/change policies will vary depending on individual carrier
requirements.
THE PURCHASE OF TRIP CANCELLATION, TRAVEL ACCIDENT, AND BAGGAGE INSURANCE
IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Insurance coverage is available at a rate
which varies by your age and the cost of your trip. FOR SPECIFIC RATE INFORMATION,
PLEASE SEE THE Access America “Trip Assist Plus” flyer which is
enclosed. You will be completely covered, waiving all pre-existing conditions,
only if the insurance is purchased at the time of deposit. Please complete
the section on the registration form regarding insurance. We cannot accept
your registration unless this is completed and signed.
CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Subject to change and availability. AAA Washington
Travel is acting as an agent for suppliers of air and ground transportation,
hotel accommodations, cruises, etc. AAA Washington Travel attempts to
represent only those suppliers of travel that have shown an acceptable level
of stability, dependability and responsiveness to problems and complaints.
Nevertheless, AAA Washington Travel does not control the actions or
failure to act of the suppliers it represents. Therefore, AAA Washington
Travel shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply
with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional
or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result
in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers’ companions
or group members, including any losses resulting from any changes in suppliers’ rates,
unless marked on your invoice, tickets, or reservation itinerary as “Guaranteed,” or
any losses in connection with booking, reservation, connection, or scheduling
problems or in connection with the handling or loss of baggage or other personal
effects. AAA Travel shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or
losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social
or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, diseases,
local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any
other actions, omissions, or conditions outside AAA Travel’s control.
By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks
involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby
warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies,
climatic disruptions, natural disaster, civil unrest, terrorist activities,
and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of
personal emergency or medical problems, etc. Traveler is advised to obtain
appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. Information is available
through AAA Travel regarding travel insurance. Traveler’s booking of
reservations or utilization of tickets after receipt of this information will
constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her art to provide
copies hereof to his/her travel companions or group members together with an
explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these Conditions and
