Michael A. Lilly, is your host at a lively seminar on estate planning. A former attorney general of Hawai`i, Michael wrote the best-seller “If You Die Tomorrow”, a layman’s guide to estate planning. Michael makes the topic enjoyable as well as informative. You’ll learn answers to questions such as: How can I avoid the pitfalls of probate? How can I reduce or eliminate death taxes. How can I keep my estate away from my husband’s next wife? Michael is licensed in Hawai`i and California and is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. More importantly, he is the spouse of our very own Cindy Walter.
